Configure Windows DHCP for Avaya IP telephones

We are using Avaya IP phones - mostly 46xx series. Last week I had to purchase another IP phone. the newer models cost a lot less, so we got one - 96xx series.
When plugged to our network, it complained about 'Waiting for LLDP' and just stuck there as you can see below:

As such, a quick research indicated we are missing some settings on our DHCP scope option.
That was Option 242 for the 96xx series (while 46xx phone only need option 176)
Off we go to add a new Scope option:
1.Open the DHCP
2.
Select "Set Predefined Options" on your Subnet in question
3.Click add
4.Configure Scope option as needed

Expand our your DHCP scope and right click "Scope Options" and select "Configure Options"

Check the boxes for the new scope option just created.

Reboot the phone (CLEAR# or RESET# is needed)
Done!
